Alex Chalmers

Alex Chalmers has been skating for nearly two decades. He says his influence in skating came from the "older guys in the neighborhood and all thirty of the pros around that time (mid-eighties). They all had something to offer skating back then. Now there are hundreds of pros all doing the same thing."

Although there might be hundreds of skaters out there, Chalmers has definitely been a standout in the past few years in both contests and media. Additional highlights of Chalmers' career thus far include skating on the Tony Hawk Tours, Slam City Jams, Marseille Bowlriders 2000, and a sick part in the Flip Skateboards video.

Besides living the pro skater lifestyle of contests and filming, Chalmers also "works for a living" doing stunts in movies and T.V. shows. Catch a glimpse of this Canadian in Skate Park at the Dew Action Sports Tour.
