After riding for a number of years on the competitive circuit, Craig Mast is best known for his knack for pulling frontflip flairs on tiny quarterpipes.
But his career hasn’t been without its share of bumps and bruises. Mast decided to wear a full helmet after suffering several injuries, including knocking out four front teeth on two separate occasions, slicing his chin open three times and breaking his jaw.
Climbing the Dew Cup charts, Mast placed a full 18 spots higher in ‘07 than his 2006 finish, taking 17th in the year-end season standings in 2007. The 2008 season saw Mast break into the top 10, using a fourth-place showing at the Toyota Challenge to boost him to sixth place overall. Finishing in the top 10 once again in 2009, Mast also took fourth place at the JoMoPro.
