A natural on a bike, Darryn Durhan won the AMA Horizon Award as an amateur in 2008. Always trying to spend time riding, when he's not testing or training, Durham can be found in the hills busting huge gaps just for fun.
2010 was a year of ups and downs for Durham. He managed to score solid results at multiple outdoor nationals. Suffering more than one concussion over the course of the season, Darryn was unable to remain a contender in the hunt for a championship.
Durham is a true dirt bike rider and had put in a lot of work for the 2011 season. A broken foot in his heat race in Houston put a slow start to his season, but he bounced back strong, finishing eighth at the Hangtown Classic and ninth at the High Point National.
