A natural on a bike, Darryn Durhan won the AMA Horizon Award as an amateur in 2008. Always trying to spend time riding, when he's not testing or training, Durham can be found in the hills busting huge gaps just for fun.
2010 was a year of ups and downs for Durham. He managed to score solid results at multiple outdoor nationals. Suffering more than one concussion over the course of the season, Darryn was unable to remain a contender in the hunt for a championship though.
Durham is a true dirt bike rider and had put in a lot of work for the 2011 season. A broken foot in his heat race at Houston Supercross put a slow start to his season, but he bounced back strong, finishing 8that the Hangtown Classic and 9th at the High Point National.
Picked up by Mitch Payton's Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki squad in 2012, expectations were high for Durham, but he was once again beset by injuries. A dislocated shoulder suffered late in the Supercross season knocked him out of action for the entire outdoor schedule.
