At 16 years old, Ellery Hollingsworth was awarded the 2006 "Rookie of the Year" at the 24th Annual US Open of Snowboarding Championships in Stratton, Vermont, for being the only female to earn final berths in the Quarterpipe, Superpipe, and Slopestyle events. She has her sights set on podium finishes in 2008-2009 and aspirations of competing in the 2010 Olympics. When Ellery isn't studying at the Stratton Mountain School you can find her jibbing handrais, playing with her dogs, or skateboarding.
Five things Ellery always travels with:
Skateboard, Ipod, Slippers, Emer'gen-C, and a necklace from her Grandpa.
