Already holding the title of 2011 FIM MX2 World Champion, Ken Roczen is ready to make a name for himself in the States. Before heading overseas, the young German also won back-to-back MX2 championships at the 2010 and 2011 Motocross des Nations.
Competing in the 250SX West Region in 2011, Roczen finished 6th overall in points in his Supercross debut. Moving over to the East Region in 2012 and riding for Red Bull KTM, Roczen finished 2nd overall, earning 1 victory and 5 podiums.
Roczen's strong riding carried over into the 250MX season. Part of a "Fast Four" group that included Blake Baggett, Eli Tomac and Justin Barcia, K-Roc seemed to put himself in position to win week after week, but just get himself to the front of the pack when the checkers were at. Roczen finally won his first moto at Round 10, Unadilla, which should help boost his confidence a ton moving forward.
At the 2012 Motocross of Nations, Roczen won the MX2 Class once again, helping Team Germany dethrone the Americans.
Ken was born on April 29, 1994.
