Louie Vito is the new wave of snowboarding. At 17 he exploded onto the scene in 2005, with big superpipe contest finishes at both the Burton New Zealand (4th) and Australian Opens (1st). Louieʼs parents made the decision to send him to the prestigious Stratton Mountain School in Vermont where Louieʼs raw talent flourished into a polished style. Louie Vito is the new wave of snowboarding. At 17 he exploded onto the scene in 2005, with big superpipe contest finishes at both the Burton New Zealand (4th) and Australian Opens (1st). Louieʼs parents made the decision to send him to the prestigious Stratton Mountain School in Vermont where Louieʼs raw talent flourished into a polished style. Today, Louie is known for his technical riding style and back-to-back 1080s. He excels in all aspects of the sport - pipe, slopestyle, rails and back-country kickers. This diversity on his board along with his amazing charismatic personality has made Louie one of the most sought after pros today.
