Known as the phenom Brazilian Pedro Barros, at 16 years old this concrete shredder is from the south island of Brazil called Florianopolis. It also happens to be one of the best surf and bowl spots in Brazil.
Pedro is from the neighborhood that's called RTMF and it's the home to some of the best skaters and surfers in all of Brazil. That's where Pedro had the fortune of daily skate sessions surrounded by his best friends, and the freedom of loud music, good BBQ's and so much fun.
His dad is both his best skate session buddy and his best friend. For the Brazilian, family always comes first.
Pedro won most of the biggest bowl contests around the world, but for him the best moments of life aren't when his name is called for the first spot on the podium, but when he's out skating with friends.
Names like Lincoln Ueda, Bob Burnquist, Rune Glifberg, Omar Hassan, Alex Perelson inspire Pedro to skate the way he does, but it's Leo Kakinho, Marcelos Kosake, Rodolfo Ramos that really showed him the way.
Spending more then 70 days in the U.S. each year, Pedro already considers CA his second home. Every time he's traveling, it's always with a crew of friends to make it easier to be away from home.
