When Simon Tabron was a little boy, he dreamed of becoming a professional stuntman. More than two decades after making the dream a reality, Tabron has established himself amongst his peers.
After turning pro in 1990, Tabron brought his talent – and his knack for spinning tricks – to the US, winning three consecutive Vert World Championships (2002-04). Since then, Tabron has added a more than a few awards to his trophy case, including Gravity Games gold in ‘02 and seven X Games medals – silver in 2007 and ‘09 in addition to five bronzes along the way.
After taking fourth place in the year-end Dew Cup standings in both 2005 and ‘06, Tabron claimed his best finish up to that point, closing out the ‘07 season in second place in the race for the Dew Cup and capturing his first silver medal at the X Games. With three third-place finishes on the 2008 Dew Tour, Tabron closed out the circuit in third place overall.In 2009
in 2009, Tabron returned to the Dew Tour, claiming second place in Vert in Chicago, and finishing sixth in overall standings.
