The Toyota/Yamaha/JGRMX team issued a press release this morning announcing the signing of Kyle Chisholm as a replacement rider for the immediate future.
The veteran rider will fill in for Josh Grant, who will be undergoing surgery due to shoulder and ankle injuries suffered recently at A3. Grant is expected to be ready to return to racing before the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship season starts.
Chisholm, who has been racing on a Yamaha already this season, will ride for JGR starting this Saturday when Monster Energy Supercross hits Atlanta. He currently sits 16th in the 450SX point standings.
Thanks every1 for all the support! I'm really excited & thankful for the opportunity with the whole JGR team! Can't wait to get on the bike!
