Marvin Musquin Extends Supercross Winning Streak to Three in Toronto

Marvin Musquin continued his tear in the 250 Class, taking the holeshot in the Main Event and leading wire-to-wire. The win was the third in a row for the Red Bull KTM rider who has been on fire in recent weeks.

Behind Musquin, Blake Wharton and Wil Hahn got into a battle for 2nd. Hoping to lose as few points to Musquin as possible, Hahn tracked down Wharton and made the pass. After holding down 2nd for the rest of the race, Hahn will keep the red plate for another week, but his lead over over Musquin is now just 6 points.

Despite a strong challenge at the end from rookie Jeremy Martin, Wharton held him off to grab the final podium spot. Behind Martin, Canda's Cole Thompson had a career-best 5th place finish after mixing it up with Vince Friese on the final lap in his home country.

A notable early crash involved Pro Circuit rookie Justin Hill. He appeared to potentially be injured, but the extent of it is currently unknown.
