In a year where Ryan Sheckler had to sit out most competitions because of injuries, his fanfare didn’t falter. Sheckler beat out the likes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Shaun White for the title of Favorite Male Athlete at Nickelodeon’s 2010 Kid’s Choice Awards. Sheckler is a three-time Dew Cup winner and his popular MTV reality show “Life of Ryan” catapulted him from action sports star into a regular celebrity.
