Men's Snowboard Slopestyle Finals Highlights, Toyota Championship 2010, Mount Snow
By: George Crosland - Torstein Horgmo took the final stop of the Dew Tour in Vermont here at Mount Snow, finding himself standing on top of a podium that was sought after by a very talented group of young and experienced riders. Second place has been good to Sage Kotsenburg as he grabbed another one and ended up with enough points to secure the Dew TourCup for men’s slopestyle.
Blue skies and blustery cold temps created fast hard snow that made the east coast slopestylers right at home. Four New Hampshirites (5 if you include pre-qualified Chas Guldemond) made their way into the finals at the last stop of the Winter Dew Tour in Mount Snow, Vermont. Sam Hulbert, Nick Julius, Ian Thorley, and Brandon Reis finished 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th to all make the finals taking place on Friday afternoon. Qualifying first was Breckenridge ripper Eric Willett with an 86.67.

By: Nick Lipton - At all of 16 years-old Tyler Flanagan and Sage Kotsenburg have managed to become one and two leading into the Mount Snow Slopestyle Championship, but one and two now doesn’t guarantee a thing. Tyler has a solid lead, Sage isn’t too far behind, and superstar huckers Chas Guldemond, Eric Willet and Torstein Horgmo are all still in the Dew Cup hunt.

By: Nick Lipton - How did Chas Guldemond not puke after his winning run? He drops in, hits the A-frame with a nosepress 180 switch nosepress, sends a cab 270 frontboard down the double kink. Spun a lot more off the first two jumps before throwing a 1260 off the third and then sends a lofty 360 off the up rail. That’s practically 40 seconds of solid spinning.
