Registation will be held at the park the morning of the contest. Any competitors under the age of 18 will have to have the waivers signed by a parent or guardian prior to competing. If your parent or guardian will not be attending, then you must print the waivers below and get them signed and notarized by your parent or guardian. You must also have a copy of your parent's ID attached to the notarized forms when you arrive for registration.
