For the first time the Gatorade Free Flow Tour descended on the homegrown Hazard County Skatepark in McDonough, GA. The BBQ was sizzling and so was the skating.
Starting the day were the Junior Jammers, 20 mini-shreds came out and crushed the course. Three heats got filtered down to the best five groms all around. Caleb Sentz came in third with a boardslide down the handrail, kickflip over the pyramid and ollie the pyramid to flat. Second place went to Blain Fartridge who landed a switch frontside bigspinned the hip and crooked the handrail. The top spot went to Clint Bestwick who tre flipped the stairs and back smithed the euro box rail.

Finishing off the day was the Open Division of skaters. Skaters from all over the south came through for the chance to skate in the SLC finals. When it was all said and done, Blake Mercer flowed his way into third place, skating faster than anyone else and linking his tricks together. Chris Coffman took second with a front feeble on the euro box rail, frontside bigspin down the stairs, crook on the handrail, front board on the handrail, and front blunt on the euro box rail.
Taking the win and trip to SLC was Fletcher Renegar who put on a nice little show which included a nollie heel down the stairs, back nose blunt on the hubba, front feeble the hand rail, and a beastly front lip to fakie transfer from the pyramid to the handrail. This is Fletcher’s third year in a row earning a trip to the Free Flow Finals in Salt Lake City.
