Recap

With one lap in the books, it’s Barcia with the lead, Anderson 2nd, Martin 3rd. Malcolm Stewart and Wil Hahn round out the top five. Blake Meanwhile, Baggett is making his way through the pack.
Tomac goes down on the first lap. He gets up, but finds himself in dead last and sees his championship hopes slipping away.
On lap three, both Musquin and Baggett make their way around Martin. Musquin sits in the 3rd position.
Baggett makes his way around Musquin for 3rd on lap five and sets his sights on Anderson. Two laps later, Baggett tips over after setting the fastest lap of the moto and has to catch Musquin once again.
With 20 minutes in the books, Baggett has made his way back into the 2nd position, but has 10+ seconds to make up if he wants to catch Barcia.
Baggett would close the gap over the final laps, but the deficit was just too much to make up. Justin Barcia takes the moto win and finishes 2nd overall on the day. Baggett's 2nd-place finish in the moto gives him the overall and the 2012 250 outdoor championship!
