250 Class

Justin Barcia took the early lead in the first session, but it was Eli Tomac that edged everyone out in both sessions, riding like a man possessed with a 2:06.777. Marvin Musquin found some speed in the off-weeks and finished out the session in 2nd with a 2:07.436. Wil Hahn stepped up his game as well with a 2:08.060, while Ken Roczen and Justin Barcia rounded out the top five.

Last round's winner Blake Baggett finished the session in 6th place.

450 Class

Even though James Stewart was back at the races, it was Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey who topped both practice sessions. Dungey's 2:06.590 from the first practice session was enough to hold off Stewart's 2:06.970.

Jake Weimer was in 3rd with a 2:07.755, and Tyla Rattray made a great return to the circuit with the 4th-fastest time, a 2:07.871. Mike Alessi rounded out the top five.
