Unadilla Practice Report

450 Class

After a slimey first session, times fell dramatically for the second session, with Josh Grant setting the fastest time and giving him the pole position going into the motos. Grant's fast time of 2:17.610 was nearly overtaken by James Stewart, as he came within .062 seconds, but was unable to get the job done.

Rattray was third-fastest. Then came Izzi, Craig, Dungey, Tickle and Alessi. Times will far even further once Moto 1 comes around, as the track is drying out more and more as each lap goes by.

250 Class

The 250 riders had to deal with the same sloppy conditions in the first practice, but in the second session, Marvin Musquin came out swinging, setting a blistering 2:16.732. His teammate Ken Roczen finished out the session in the second position with a 2:18.097. Barcia, Baggett and Tomac rounded out the top five.

It looks as though we have set the stage for another great showdown in the 250 Class. Let's see if one of the Euro riders can pull it off on this GP style circuit.
