The PowerBar Performance of the Year award will go to the one athlete that has the most clutch performance (run) during a tour final. At the end of each event, six athletes, one from each final will be chosen and then online voting will determine the PowerBar Performance winner of the event. Voting will run from the Monday after the event until the Wednesday before the following event. For the final event of the year, the Toyota Championship at Mount Snow, the Performance winner of the event and overall Performance of the Year winner will be selected by an esteemed panel of industry judges. The athlete that powers his or her way to the best run of the year will receive the PowerBar Performance of the Year award and $5,000.
